Free Draping Club session

Would you like to learn how to make sewing patterns on a mannequin?

Draping is the technique that allows you to experiment and see your designs taking shape in a much quicker and enjoyable way. It is also very precise and a great skill that will help you with all your sewing projects.

All are welcome, no previous experience needed!

You may bring along your mannequin if you have one. If not you can have a go on the ones provided.

Further sessions of the club will cover:

Adapting your mannequin to approximately your measurements;

Basic draping techniques to make tops, skirts and dresses;

Marking your draped outfit and transferring it to paper;

Exploring your creativity.
