We are a Independent fabric shop located in the heart of the historic cathedral city of Lincoln. Starting life inside Lincoln’s indoor Central Market, we were very excited to further develop our business in 2015 with a move to a bricks and mortar shop, allowing us to establish a creative community hub; something we felt that the local craft community and Lincoln needed as a whole.
Now well established in our Melville St premises, we have created a sociable environment with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that we hope makes everyone, even non crafters, feel welcome.
We stock a large range of both commercial and independent patterns, fabrics and haberdashery. We specialise in dressmaking fabrics, but try to stock a wide range of fabrics to meet a variety of project needs. We are very happy to assist our customers in finding their perfect item from our range of suppliers. We pride ourselves on our customer-focused and personal service- just ask us, we love to help!
We have a genuine interest in, and love of, sewing and we love seeing projects from beginning to end. We’re always keen to see makes from the community and we regularly share stories from our loyal and friendly customer base who inspire us, and who we love having a natter with!
